These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of OKNO VPN (the “Service”), provided by Wise and Health World Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand (registration no. 0835566004639, registered office 185/10 Moo 3, Si Sunthon Subdistrict, Thalang District, Phuket 83110, Thailand). By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
OKNO VPN provides a WireGuard-based virtual private network: encrypted tunneling, a choice of server locations, and management of up to 10 devices per subscription. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that any specific site or service will be reachable, that connections are uninterrupted, or that the Service bypasses every form of network restriction.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any local rules on the use of VPNs.
Your account is identified by your email; sign-in uses one-time codes (no passwords). One subscription may serve up to 10 devices/peers, each with a name you assign. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Do not share, resell, or sublicense your account or access beyond the device limit.
The Service is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (e.g., monthly or yearly) purchased through Google Play (and, when available, the Apple App Store). A free trial may be offered; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price.
Billing, renewals, and price are processed by the app store, per its terms. Renewal occurs automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play (or App Store) account settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Prices and plans may change; changes apply to future billing periods and, where required, with prior notice.
Refunds for store purchases are handled according to the app store’s refund policy (Google Play / Apple); requests are typically made through the store. Where mandatory consumer-protection law grants additional refund or withdrawal rights, those rights apply. The additional KADARO (USDT) payment channel, where offered outside the app stores, has its own refund handling described at point of sale.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with or without notice, and may cooperate with lawful requests where legally required.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, server locations, or the Service as a whole. We perform maintenance and may change the node catalog. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (okno.click/account-deletion or in-app). We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure against all threats, or that it will achieve any particular result, including circumventing any specific restriction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Phuket, Thailand, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise for your place of residence.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at okno.click/terms with a new “Last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
