This Privacy Policy explains how Wise and Health World Co., Ltd. (“OKNO VPN”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Thailand (registration no. 0835566004639, registered office 185/10 Moo 3, Si Sunthon Subdistrict, Thalang District, Phuket 83110, Thailand), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the OKNO VPN application and website at okno.click (the “Service”).
By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OKNO VPN is a privacy tool. We do not log, monitor, store, or sell your online activity. Specifically, we do not keep:
The VPN tunnel uses WireGuard. We process only the minimum data needed to operate accounts, deliver the subscription you bought, and keep the network running.
Account data: your email address (used as your account identifier and to send one-time login codes; we do not use passwords) and a device name you assign to each device/peer (up to 10 per subscription).
Subscription & purchase data: when you buy or start a trial through Google Play (in-app purchase), Google processes the payment. We receive a purchase token / subscription identifier from Google to validate and activate your subscription. We never receive or store your card or bank details — those are handled entirely by Google Play (or the Apple App Store, when available). We also store subscription status, plan, and start/expiry dates.
Operational/technical data (minimal, not activity logs): your current connection region and assigned node, to route the tunnel; a transient IP address used to establish the WireGuard handshake and assign a peer (used for connectivity and abuse prevention, not retained as a browsing log); and aggregate, non-identifying node metrics (load, bandwidth totals, handshake counts) for capacity and reliability.
Diagnostics (optional): if you opt in, anonymous crash and performance diagnostics. You can decline without losing functionality.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling of browsing behavior, or sale to third parties.
We process personal data on the basis of performance of a contract (providing the subscription you purchased), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service reliability), consent (optional diagnostics, marketing emails if any), and legal obligation where applicable.
We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf: Google LLC (Google Play Billing) for payment processing and subscription notifications; Resend for delivery of one-time login codes to your email; and infrastructure/hosting providers running our VPN nodes and backend.
We may disclose data if required by a valid legal order. Because we do not keep activity logs, we cannot produce browsing history we never collected. We do not sell personal data.
Our nodes and providers operate in multiple regions. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with Thailand’s PDPA and applicable law.
Account data (email, device names) is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after account deletion. Subscription/purchase records are retained as required for accounting/tax and dispute resolution (5 years, per the Thai Accounting Act B.E. 2543 / Revenue Code), then deleted or anonymized. Transient connection data is not retained as activity logs.
Subject to applicable law (PDPA/GDPR), you may access your data, correct it, delete your account and data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent for optional processing. To exercise these rights, use in-app Delete account, the page at okno.click/account-deletion, or contact hello@okno.click.
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time — in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or on the web at okno.click/account-deletion. Deletion removes your email, device peers, and account-linked data within 30 days. Some records may be retained where law requires (e.g., transaction records, 5 years).
The Service is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a subscription. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, restricted access, secrets management). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and limit what we collect in the first place.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted at okno.click/privacy with a new “Last updated” date.
