Account Deletion

You can delete your OKNO VPN account and associated personal data at any time, in three ways.

Option A — In the app

• Open OKNO VPN.
• Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and data are scheduled for deletion immediately.

Option B — Self-service web page (no app needed)

• Go to okno.click/account/delete.
• Enter your account email and the one-time code we send you.
• Confirm deletion. Your account is deleted immediately — no app install required.

Option C — By request

• Send an email from your account email address to hello@okno.click with the subject “Delete account”.
• We verify ownership by sending a one-time code to that email.
• After verification, we delete your account.

What gets deleted

• Your email address and account identity.
• Your device names and VPN peers (all up to 10 devices are revoked).
• Account-linked settings and preferences.

What we keep, and for how long

Transaction/subscription records required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution are retained for 5 years (Thai Accounting Act B.E. 2543 / Revenue Code), then deleted or anonymized. We do not keep browsing or traffic activity, because we never log it.

Timing

Account access is revoked immediately. Personal data is erased within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (above).

Note on your subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play. To stop billing, also cancel the subscription in your Google Play account settings. If you bought access on okno.click, account deletion does not by itself create a refund; refund handling is governed by the public offer at okno.click/offer.
